Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-person market visits at least 2 days per week (Market Run) to gain a deep understanding of local customers’ demand for the company’s aluminium pots, including demand volume, customer preferences, and purchasing habits.
  • Collect and report information on competitors’ aluminium pot prices, promotional activities, sales volume, and overall market performance in the region.
  • Actively develop new customers, maintain relationships with existing clients, and achieve personal sales targets.
  • Regularly report market dynamics, customer feedback, and sales progress to the company.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of sales experience; candidates with actual market visit or field sales experience will be given priority.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or above.
  • Experience in selling kitchenware, household products, aluminium pots, stainless steel pots, or other cookware products is preferred.
  • Familiar with the local market, with strong customer acquisition and communication skills.
  • Hardworking and willing to conduct market visits at least 2 days per week.
  • Possess basic English and local language communication skills.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Candidates with a motorcycle or convenient transportation for market visits will be given priority.

Remuneration: Commission Only

Work Type: Part-time, flexible working hours.
