Job summary
We are hiring part-time sales manager across all states in Nigeria to promote and sell cookware and kitchen utensils. This position offers competitive commission-based earnings
Job descriptions & requirements
- Conduct in-person market visits at least 2 days per week (Market Run) to gain a deep understanding of local customers’ demand for the company’s aluminium pots, including demand volume, customer preferences, and purchasing habits.
- Collect and report information on competitors’ aluminium pot prices, promotional activities, sales volume, and overall market performance in the region.
- Actively develop new customers, maintain relationships with existing clients, and achieve personal sales targets.
- Regularly report market dynamics, customer feedback, and sales progress to the company.
- At least 1 year of sales experience; candidates with actual market visit or field sales experience will be given priority.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or above.
- Experience in selling kitchenware, household products, aluminium pots, stainless steel pots, or other cookware products is preferred.
- Familiar with the local market, with strong customer acquisition and communication skills.
- Hardworking and willing to conduct market visits at least 2 days per week.
- Possess basic English and local language communication skills.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Candidates with a motorcycle or convenient transportation for market visits will be given priority.
- Part-time position
- 1% commission on sales (1% Commission on Sales)
- Performance-based bonuses or incentives for outstanding performers
- The company will provide necessary product samples and sales support
