Job summary

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is highly desirable
- Minimum of 3–8 years of proven sales experience specifically in FMCG (Food, Beverage, Personal Care, or Household goods).
- At least 3 years of experience managing a high-performing field sales team.
- Demonstrated experience in managing Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies and distributor networks.Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in using data-driven tools to predict demand and set targets.
- Expert-level ability to negotiate trade terms, margins, and listing fees with key accounts.
- High proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to interpret "sell-in" and "sell-out" data to identify market gaps.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- High level of professional ethics, especially regarding distributor dealings and trade spend.
