Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance against KPIs.
- Ensure the company website is regularly updated, including uploading new products and promptly removingĀ or marking out-of-stock items accordingly.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales staff.
- Review and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure the client contact database is consistently updated and accurately maintained.
- Ensure effective implementation of client retention systems and follow-up processes.
- Collaborate with the social media manager to align sales campaigns with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain high customer service standards across all sales channels.
- Manage sales budgets to ensure cost-effective operations and maximize profitability.
- Prepare and submit a weekly report in the stipulated format to the Managing Director every Tuesday.
Requirements:
- Degree
