Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue across travel and hospitality services
- Meet KPIs and targets
- Lead sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
- Bring in new clients (corporate and individual) and maintain long-term relationships
- Support departmental initiatives, workshops, and partnership opportunities
- Drive conversions from leads generated online and offline
- Oversee client onboarding, pricing negotiations, and contract agreements
- Collaborate with the Project Management team for service execution
- Maintain accurate documentation of leads, activities, and conversions
- Represent the brand at meetings, events, and exhibitions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience in sales or business development
- Industry experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or service-based business is an advantage
