Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers.
- Oversee daily sales activities and coordinate with the production team to meet customer demand.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client issues.
- Create promotional plans to increase brand visibility and product uptake.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and market analysis for management.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to guide pricing and marketing decision
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in sales, preferably in agriculture, FMCG, or poultry production.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good understanding of the poultry market and distribution channels.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
