Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales (often 4+ years) with previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and mentor staff.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and analyzing sales data.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
