Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management: Hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating sales representatives to meet or exceed targets.
- Strategy Development: Creating and implementing sales plans, campaigns, and strategies to expand the customer base.
- Performance Monitoring: Analysing data, tracking KPIs, and utilising CRM tools to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Sales Forecasting: Preparing regular reports and forecasting revenue to align with company goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building key relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Working with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Confident, smart, and professional appearance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outspoken, persuasive, and goal-driven
- Ability to close deals and manage clients effectively
- Must be based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State,
- Preferably a Woman
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
