Sales Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a Sales Manager who will drive revenue growth across all service streams, including media production, advertising, sponsorship, events, and creative services. The role is strictly performance-based, with measurable monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate will be relentless in pursuing leads and closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly revenue target of ₦100,000,000 across business streams.
- Drive business growth through new sales opportunities and client acquisition.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to maximise client revenue.
- Source and acquire at least 8 new clients monthly.
- Maintain relationships to achieve repeat business and account retention.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, sales pitches, and presentations.
- Negotiate and close profitable contracts.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and event teams to meet client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Submit weekly pipeline updates and monthly revenue reports.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
- Report sales activities, conversion rates, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, mass communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in media, advertising, or events sales.
- Proven record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong business development and sales skills.
- Excellent prospecting, lead generation, and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of media production, sponsorship, and event management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship management and networking skills.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Familiarity with virtual meeting tools like Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet.
