We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance
  • Identify, pursue, and secure high-value business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
  • Drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention initiatives
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses
  • Negotiate contracts and close complex sales transactions
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals

Requirements:

  • A minimum of  2 years of experience.
  • A minimum of a BSC in any related field
