The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for expanding the market share and driving revenue growth for our industrial and automotive lubricant portfolios. This role involves overseeing sales operations across a designated territory, managing a high-performing sales team, and building strategic relationships with key distributors and industrial plants

Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new high-volume distributors and industrial B2B clients to increase regional footprint.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor Area Sales Managers and Field Representatives, ensuring all team members meet their individual KPIs and monthly sales quotas.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement localized sales plans that align with the company’s broader commercial objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with Tier-1 accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, product launches, and market trends to provide actionable insights to the executive team.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with the logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely product availability and delivery across the region.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales forecasts, expense reports, and performance analytics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of an HND
