- Performance Management: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking sales metrics, and reporting results to senior leadership.
- Sales Operations: Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and optimizing the sales process.
- Team Building: Hiring, onboarding, and motivating sales staff through incentives and rewards.
- Customer Relationship Management: Fostering relationships with clients and addressing client needs.
