Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Generate and follow up on property leads to close deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality service.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with marketing to optimize campaigns and lead generation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant certification in sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Must reside within or around Ajah / Ikota.
