Sales Lead
Job summary
We’re hiring a Sales Lead to drive nationwide growth through distributor (70%) and project sales (30%). This is a player-coach role combining direct sales with building our first field sales team and distributor network. You’ll work closely with the founder to shape strategy, close key deals, and help scale the business toward ₦1B+ revenue.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Build distributor network: Onboard and manage 30–50 active distributors across Nigeria
- Drive revenue: Own ₦150–200M Year 1 target
- Lead sales team: Recruit, train, and manage sales agents
- Close deals: Sell to contractors, developers
- Track performance: Manage CRM, pipeline, forecasting
- Transfer knowledge: Document & train sales processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
