Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Lead to join our team and drive the sales of our premium event solutions to individuals, brands, and SMEs. You will oversee the sales and marketing funnel of your assigned territory, from generating leads and building brand awareness to closing deals and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Actively hunt for leads in the comments, DMs, and mentions of both our pages and competitors.
  • Rapidly respond to inquiries and lead potential clients through the sales funnel to a closed booking.
  • Execute daily cold DM campaigns to small business owners, planners, and lifestyle brands.
  • Maintain a relentless follow-up schedule to ensure no lead goes cold in the DMs.
  • Track daily outreach numbers and conversion rates to optimize your sales script.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns that increase brand visibility and highlight CSI Media's unique offerings in the events space.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales metrics and client feedback to inform decision-making and refine strategies for future success.

Requirements:
  • OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in any field (Personality and drive matter more than the degree here).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, social media management, or digital DM-based selling.
  • Exceptional Social Media Etiquette—knowing how to hunt for leads in comments/DMs and transition them to a WhatsApp close.
  • Ability to manage high-volume inquiries (50+ daily) with speed, accuracy, and a persuasive closer mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate with the content team to identify "shoppable moments" in event footage.
  • High emotional intelligence to handle fast-paced digital interactions without losing momentum.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and mobile-first communication tools (WhatsApp Business, IG Business Suite).
  • A daily target mindset—thriving in an environment where success is measured by the number of daily outreaches and weekly bookings.

Benefits:
  • Annual base salary of N1,440,000 (net).
  • Monthly Commission of 3-5% for every sale over 5 million naira.
  • Paid Time-off.
