Job summary

We are looking for a highly driven sales lead (Direct-to-Customer) to take ownership of converting interest into revenue across our growing line of Christian children’s products and services. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is proactive, persuasive, and excited about driving sales in a purpose-driven company.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Direct Sales & Conversion:

  • Engage with inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and events
  • Convert interested customers into paying buyers using structured sales scripts
  • Guide customers toward the right product (starter vs full bundle)


Lead Management & Follow-Up:

  • Track all interested customers and inquiries
  • Follow up consistently to close sales
  • Ensure no warm lead is lost


Sales Execution at Events & Pop-Ups:

  • Represent the brand at physical activations when required
  • Confidently pitch products and close sales in person
  • Create a welcoming and engaging customer experience


Revenue Target Ownership:

  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Provide feedback on what is and isn’t converting
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve sales performance


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years experience in sales, customer service, or business development
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated
  • Comfortable speaking with customers both online and in person

  • High conversion rate from inquiries to purchases
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Strong customer relationships and repeat buyers
  • Clear reporting on sales performance and customer feedback
