- Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and sales.
- Provides feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions to improve products, services, and sales processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
