Job summary

We are seeking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and meeting sales targets. You will play a key role in promoting our advertising solutions and ensuring client satisfaction from pitch to execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business leads to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose advertising solutions tailored to their objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the client service and creative teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to represent the company.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, or marketing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
