Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in and online customers professionally
- Assist customers in making purchase decisions
- Accurately package orders for pickup and delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized sales packaging area
- Keep basic inventory and stock-out records
- Promote excellent customer experiences and repeat purchases
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail roles
- Friendly, respectful, and relatable
- Basic tech savviness; ability to use POS, WhatsApp Business, etc
- Honest and hardworking with a passion for good service
- Lives around Lekki-Ajah preferred
- Able to work Mondays-Saturdays
