Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Intern to gain hands-on experience in aviation sales and customer engagement. You will work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams, assisting with lead generation, and sales strategies. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, cheerful, kind, and has a strong interpersonal skill.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
  • Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and networking to attract potential clients.
  • Help maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide service information, and guide clients through the sales process.
  • Participate in client meetings, sales pitches, and presentations with senior team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.
  • Support preparation of sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to refine sales strategies and collaborate with marketing.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients.
  • Confident in speaking and presenting with good diction and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document and data management.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software and digital sales tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A true people person, cheerful, likable, and bubbly with a natural ability to connect and build trust.
  • Self-driven, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
  • The Sales Executive Intern should be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable taking on and handling diverse responsibilities in a fast-growing start-up.
  • Should you perform to a very high standard during your internship, you will be retained as a Sales Executive.
