The Sales & Field Representative drives revenue by managing assigned territories, building customer relationships, and ensuring accurate handling of goods during dispatch and delivery. Responsibilities:
- Execute approved sales strategies to grow revenue within assigned territories.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including contact details, orders, and payment history.
- Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize sales coverage and performance.
- Ensure accurate handling of goods by counting stock before dispatch, during loading, and upon delivery.
- Confirm that invoices and delivery notes match quantities delivered and report discrepancies promptly.
- Work towards individual sales targets and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.
- Submit accurate sales, delivery, and collection reports and account fully for all assigned stock.
- Coordinate with the Store & Inventory Supervisor and Driver to ensure correct deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Comply with company pricing, credit, documentation, and confidentiality policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND
- 3 years of previous work experience in a similar role
