Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage prospective clients, build long-term relationships, and maintain client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up.
- Property Sales & Negotiation: Promote available real estate listings, conduct site inspections, and manage negotiations to close profitable property sales.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to support strategic decision-making and improve sales performance.
- Sales Planning & Target Achievement: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, while maintaining detailed sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the marketing and management teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and provide feedback to improve client acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience
- Minimum of HND
