Job summary
Premium HR Solutions is seeking to hire Sales Executives for a leading Financial Institution in Lagos, Nigeria.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and onboarding of financial products and services.
- Identify and acquire new customers within assigned locations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets.
- Conduct field visits, market activations, and customer engagement activities.
- Educate customers on digital banking and financial solutions.
- Ensure proper customer onboarding and KYC compliance.
- Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch and regional targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSC in any related discipline.
- Maximum age limit of 28 years.
- Proven sales or marketing experience is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Must reside within Lagos State.
- Previous banking or financial services experience is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 215,000 Monthly
