Responsibilities:

  • Devise a highly efficient real estate strategy to generate sales.
  • Work with performance goals, monitor progress, and meet the set target.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and open new markets.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align the organization’s goals with market trends.
  • Prospect adequately and generate a good number of viable prospects.
  • Address customer issues and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Research real estate trends and new market opportunities
  • Measure the performance of marketing campaigns to increase revenue growth.
  • Conduct and oversee site inspections.
  • Develop strategies to keep attracting new clients.


Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of OND
  • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
