Job summary

Job brief: We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, closing sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to overall business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and client meetings to promote available listings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options based on their preferences and budget.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and sales agreements to close property deals.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
  • Follow up on leads promptly and ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional activities and property campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
  • Devise an efficient sales marketing strategy, which includes strategies to broadcast the right communication about our products and drive qualified traffic to our company
  • Formulate, organize, and develop marketing activities by identifying the real estate trend and new market opportunities
  • Manage overall marketing and sales activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of marketing trends, advertising, and promotional events.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities that have led to actual sales
  • Ensure continuous business development activities
  • Work with the marketing manager, sales leaders, and team to ensure synergy and actualization of the sales targets.


Requirements:

  • HND/B.Sc in any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market and property documentation processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 (negotiable)
