Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online research.
- Present and promote products/services to potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress using CRM tools.
- Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and strategy sessions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (optional depending on the role).
- Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- High level of confidence, resilience, and persistence.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software
Location: Victoria Island
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 300,000 Monthly
