Job summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting cosmetic products, maintaining the cleanliness and arrangement of the shop, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times. The role involves helping customers choose suitable beauty products, processing sales, and supporting daily store operations.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable cosmetic and beauty products based on their needs.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Process customer purchases and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain proper arrangement and cleanliness of products and shelves.
- Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged items to management.
- Assist in receiving, labeling, and arranging new stock.
- Promote new arrivals, discounts, and ongoing sales promotions.
- Ensure excellent customer service to encourage repeat patronage.
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support daily opening and closing store activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND qualification.
- Previous retail or cosmetic sales experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of cosmetic and beauty products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good customer service and sales skills.
- Neat appearance and professional attitude.
- Ability to use a POS machine or basic sales record system is an advantage.
