The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling the Company’s tech-enabled logistics solutions—including warehouse storage, fulfilment services, last-mile deliveries, and B2B/B2B2C/B2C logistics offerings. The role involves prospecting, onboarding new clients, nurturing existing accounts, and presenting end-to-end logistics

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and engage potential clients across e-commerce, retail, FMCG, SMEs, and corporate sectors.
- Prospect for new business through cold outreach, networking, field visits, events, and digital channels.
- Sell warehouse storage spaces, fulfilment services, last-mile delivery solutions, and other logistics offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, product demos, and solution presentations.
- Develop customised proposals, quotations, and service pricing based on client requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional logistics services to existing customers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Understand clients’ operational challenges and offer tailored logistics solutions.
- Provide exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and fulfilment teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor trends in logistics, warehousing, e-commerce fulfilment, and last-mile delivery sectors.
- Track competitor offerings and market pricing.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with management to improve solutions and strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline opportunities, and closed deals using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Document client interactions, contracts, and feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or tech-enabled services.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in B2B and B2B2C environments.
- Experience selling warehousing, fulfilment, or delivery services is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, fulfilment, and last-mile delivery models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse client needs and propose end-to-end logistics solutions.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales approaches.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
