Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate, nurture, and close leads for land sales across key Lagos locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- Conduct property presentations, inspections, and consistent follow-up until deal closure.
- Support short-let marketing activities and contribute to occupancy growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide weekly performance reports.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate or direct sales, preferably within Lagos.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Lagos land market dynamics and short-let operations is an added advantage.
- Must reside on Lagos Island or within proximity.
- Professional communication and presentation abilities
- Strong sales acumen and closing capability
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct
- Client-focused with excellent relationship management skills
