Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate mobile devices, plans, and accessories.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of current smartphone specifications, features, promotions, and financing options.
- Manage inventory, process transactions accurately, and maintain a clean, organized retail space.
- Build a loyal customer base through excellent after-sales service and follow-up.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the Lagos tech retail space.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics, telecommunications, or mobile devices.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced Lagos environment.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic digital tools.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
