Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for property sales/leases and showcase properties to potential buyers.
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients seeking real estate opportunities.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Market properties effectively through various channels, including online listings, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Conduct property viewings and provide thorough information to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate property sales and contracts to achieve favorable terms for clients, acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.
- The sales executive shall meet the target in alias with the company's expectation.
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitive offerings.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and other teams to facilitate smooth transactions and address any issues that arise during the sales process.
- Active engagement in fieldwork to prospect and secure new property listings for sale and for rent, representing the company's interest and expanding its portfolio of offerings.
- The sale executive shall pass on promptly to the company all information useful to the business, including those relating to marketing, sales, prospects, new property listings, and competitors.
- Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals, maintaining ethical standards in all transactions.
- Written report on the first day of each calendar month covering every activity carried out the previous month and the business plan of the sales executive for the subsequent month.
Requirements:
- HND
- 3 years experience
