Job descriptions & requirements
- Actively research and source new business leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, moving prospects from initial contact to policy issuance and payment.
- Conduct risk assessments for clients to recommend the most suitable insurance products.
- Manage an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring timely policy renewals and high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to negotiate better terms, premium rates, and ensure swift documentation.
- Act as a bridge between the client and the claims department to ensure the client's peace of mind during the settlement process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, parastatals, and state-owned enterprises.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
