Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- BSc/HND in any relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
