Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on competitive bids, tenders, and proposals
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers with high efficiency
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong B2B client relationships
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates
- Represent the company professionally during client presentations and meetings
Requirement:
- HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in Sales/Business Development, especially B2B
- Proven experience in bidding, tender processes, and proposal submission
- Strong convincing ability with high lead-to-client conversion results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to meet targets, work independently, and manage multiple deals
- Proficiency in CRM tools and good documentation/reporting skills
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and corporate procurement processes
