Sales Executive
Job summary
We are seeking experienced and target-driven Sales Executive (Real Estate) to drive property sales and investment products. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in real estate sales and a strong ability to close deals consistently.

Responsibilities:
- Sell real estate properties and investment products to clients.
- Generate leads through marketing activities, referrals, inspections, and networking.
- Conduct property inspections and client presentations.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects to paying clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and handover after sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Good understanding of real estate products, land titles, and property documentation.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
