Job summary
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving lead generation, client engagement, and sales support for BoldBrick's residential estates and mixed-use development properties. This is a field-facing role focused on identifying prospective buyers and investors, promoting BoldBrick's property offerings, and converting interest into Sales

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients and investors for BoldBrick's residential estates and mixed-use developments.
- Conduct on-ground marketing activities, including site visits, community engagement, roadshows, and participation in real estate expos and exhibitions.
- Generate and qualify leads through field marketing, referrals, networking, and supported digital channels.
- Present BoldBrick's property offerings, pricing plans, and payment structures clearly and professionally to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales funnel, from first contact to closing.
- Follow up consistently on leads and convert prospects into confirmed site visits, bookings, and sales.
- Represent BoldBrick professionally at property exhibitions, client meetings, and site tours.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and the sales pipeline.
- Provide regular (weekly) performance updates and market feedback to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
- Collaborate with the wider sales and business development team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends within the Abuja real estate market and report relevant insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales; experience in real estate, property, or construction is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient — comfortable with a field-based, activity-heavy role.
- Strong networking ability and confidence in engaging directly with prospective clients on the ground.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office); familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools is an advantage.
- Must reside in, or be willing to work within, Abuja and its environs.
- Presentable, professional demeanour with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated per month.
- Number of site visits/inspections scheduled and conducted.
- Lead-to-sale (booking) conversion rate.
- Quality and consistency of client relationship management and follow-up.
- Accuracy and timeliness of weekly reporting.
Remuneration: Monthly salary: NGN 100,000.to 150,000
