Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers interested in purchasing luxury vehicles.
- Respond to enquiries, explain vehicle features and provide relevant information to prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Present available vehicles professionally and arrange viewings for interested customers.
- Negotiate with customers within approved pricing guidelines.
- Keep records of customer enquiries, sales activities and follow-ups.
- Stay informed about available vehicles, market trends and competitors.
- Represent the business professionally across customer interactions and sales channels.
Requirements:
- An HND from a recognised institution.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, luxury goods or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- A confident, smart and professional appearance.
- Good customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
- A target-driven attitude and the ability to close sales.
- Familiarity with social media and online platforms for generating sales leads is an advantage.
