Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Abuja. The role involves generating leads, promoting property offerings, closing sales, and building strong client relationships. Candidates must be Abuja-based with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Promote and sell the company’s real estate products and services to prospective and existing clients
- Identify and contact potential buyers and investors through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research
- Generate qualified property leads and convert prospects into buyers/investors
- Negotiate terms and successfully close property sales deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat sales and referrals
- Conduct property presentations and client walkthroughs (physical or virtual)
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
Market Research & Customer Engagement:
- Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, and buyer preferences
- Gather client feedback and share insights with management
- Identify new property investment opportunities and market segments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings and offerings
Events & Brand Promotion:
- Attend property exhibitions, open houses, and networking events
- Represent the company professionally during client engagements
- Support real estate marketing campaigns and promotions
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and property transactions
- Update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or similar tools)
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and management teams
- Contribute to improving sales strategies and customer experience
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Economics, or a related field
- Must be a degree holder
- 1–3 years of proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Sales
- CRM software experience (HubSpot or similar) is an advantage
- Must be a resident in Abuja, Nigeria
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
