Sales Executive
Job summary
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with 3-6 years of proven sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years within the FMCG industry. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by promoting and selling our premium cashew products to a diverse client in Port Harcourt/River state.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets, identify new opportunities, and ensure product availability in retail outlets.
- Onboard new distributors and penetrate underserved markets. Conduct store visits and execute promotional activities.
- Build relationships with stores, key accounts, and address customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
- Ensure proper product placement, monitor competitor activities, and participate in promotional campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance for improvement.
- Manage a designated sales territory and optimize resource use.
- Ensure compliance with policies and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, with 2 years in FMCG and Modern Trade.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
