Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s products or services to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes.
- Track sale.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in any related field.
- At least 25 years of age with a passion for driving sales and delivering results.
- Relevant sales experience; experience in the financial sector is a plus.
- Previous experience in Insurance Sales is an added advantage
