Key Responsibilities

• Drive loan acquisition by sourcing and closing qualified clients

• Structure and present financial solutions tailored to client needs
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

• Proven experience in sales within banking, microfinance, fintech, or financial institutions
• Strong track record in loan sales and/or fund mobilization
• Access to or ability to build a network of high-net-worth individuals and investment groups

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
