Sales Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a Sales Executive ( Leads Closer) to join us. The ideal candidate is experienced in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure, and can confidently convert prospects into paying clients. This role is for someone who can step in and immediately contribute to sales performance.

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through strategic sourcing and networking
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Follow up consistently on inquiries and company-provided leads
- Engage and follow up with company-generated leads promptly
- Convert prospects into clients through effective sales strategies
- Conduct client consultations and property presentations
- Handle objections and negotiate deals to successful closure
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
- Keep accurate records of leads, conversations, and deals closed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or as a high-performing sales executive
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- High level of confidence and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
- Must reside in Ajah or its environs (mandatory)
- Must have completed tertiary education
