Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, social media, and marketing channels.
- Conduct property presentations, virtual/physical tours, and sales meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote available real estate products and provide accurate information to clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- Handle inquiries, follow up promptly, and manage the entire sales process from lead to closure.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and process sales documents, offer letters, and purchase agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, competing developments, pricing, and customer behavior.
- Provide insights to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent product knowledge and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to convert prospects into buyers while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-driven and results-oriented and passionate about clean energy solutions.
- Strong ability to identify and convert leads into sales.
- Good understanding of solar systems, generators, lighting solutions and energy installations.
