Job Summary

The Sales Executive (Kairos Hof Energy) is responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s real estate products.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, social media, and marketing channels.
  • Conduct property presentations, virtual/physical tours, and sales meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote available real estate products and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable properties.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
  • Handle inquiries, follow up promptly, and manage the entire sales process from lead to closure.


Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare and process sales documents, offer letters, and purchase agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.


Market Research:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competing developments, pricing, and customer behavior.
  • Provide insights to improve sales strategies and product offerings.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to drive campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent product knowledge and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to convert prospects into buyers while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented and passionate about clean energy solutions.
  • Strong ability to identify and convert leads into sales.
  • Good understanding of solar systems, generators, lighting solutions and energy installations.
