The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, engaging clients, and delivering
tailored solutions within Focus Group’s technology and infrastructure offerings. The role involves both pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring successful deal closure and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits

Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution pitching to prospective clients

Understand client needs and propose suitable technology/infrastructure solutions

Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and business presentations

Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business

Provide after-sales support and manage client feedback

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities

Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings

Track and report sales performance, including weekly/monthly reports and business reviews

Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies

Support service renewal contracts and upselling opportunities

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline

Handle client complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution

Follow up on invoices and support payment collection processes
Other Function:

Understanding the technical features and functionalities of the
company’s products

Setting and completing sales targets

Conducting in-depth research to identify market opportunities

Examining the IT requirements of customers and suggesting appropriate products

Communicating product discounts and warranties to the customers.

Gathering feedback from customers and providing after-sales support whenever required
