Job summary

TenTrade Africa is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, onboarding clients, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have relevant sales experience (financial services/brokerage is an advantage), with strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and referrals
  • Engage and onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless acquisition process
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage retention and upselling
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide clients with accurate information about products and services
  • Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to drive conversions
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role
  • Experience in a brokerage or financial services company is an added advantage
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of motivation, confidence, and resilience
