Sales Executive
Job summary
TenTrade Africa is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, onboarding clients, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have relevant sales experience (financial services/brokerage is an advantage), with strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and referrals
- Engage and onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless acquisition process
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage retention and upselling
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide clients with accurate information about products and services
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to drive conversions
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role
- Experience in a brokerage or financial services company is an added advantage
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of motivation, confidence, and resilience
