Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive who can convert enquiries into paying clients, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our organization. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing new enquiries, engaging prospective clients, understanding their immigration needs, and converting leads into successful sales.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Conversion:  

  • Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
  • Convert leads into paying clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Understand clients’ needs and provide accurate information about visa services.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and track performance.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain professional communication with clients at every stage.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships to increase referrals and repeat clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.


Sales & Marketing Support

  • Prepare sales offers, service breakdowns, and follow-up messages.
  • Support marketing campaigns by providing feedback and insights.
  • Contribute to online and offline promotional efforts when required.


Documentation & Reporting:

  • Keep accurate records of client conversations and sales progress.
  • Provide weekly reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Update CRM/lead-tracking systems daily.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or telesales.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain detailed information clearly.
  • Strong follow-up skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Energetic, confident, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
