Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company properties to clients and investors
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and strategic marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct professional property presentations and site inspections
- Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper follow-up and client relationship management
- Represent the company professionally during inspections, activations, and events
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Strong personal branding and professional appearance
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and financially motivated
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively
- Good knowledge of Ajah, Lekki, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, and the surrounding areas is an advantage
- Real estate experience is a strong plus
