Job summary

We are seeking a polished, ambitious, and high-performing Sales Executive to join our fast-growing real estate marketing firm in Ajah. This role is for individuals who are confident in closing deals, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional sales performance in a fast-paced environment.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company properties to clients and investors
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and strategic marketing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct professional property presentations and site inspections
  • Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain proper follow-up and client relationship management
  • Represent the company professionally during inspections, activations, and events
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Strong personal branding and professional appearance
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and financially motivated
  • Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively
  • Good knowledge of Ajah, Lekki, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, and the surrounding areas is an advantage
  • Real estate experience is a strong plus
