Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and customer success) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong sales strategy and planning capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of product positioning, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
