Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and customer success) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales strategy and planning capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
- Solid understanding of product positioning, market trends, and customer needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
