Responsibilities:
- Attend to all customers' enquiries.
- Process customers' orders to completion and provide necessary follow-ups.
- Demonstrating and presenting products to customers.
- Identify and secure business opportunities for the retail outlet assigned to.
- Ensure proper and up-to-date record-keeping of the products in the outlet.
- Establish customer needs and sell desired products accordingly.
- Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after-sales services to maintain and retain customers.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Adhere to the company's compliance policies and standard business relationship ethics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
- Leadership ability and competence.
