Sales Executive
Job summary
We are recruiting for a results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the FMCG sector, preferably within the edible oil segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with distributors and retail partners.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper merchandising at retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates.
- Support promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in FMCG sales (edible oil experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any related social science or business discipline with relevant FMCG sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of Lagos market dynamics and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned territory effectively.
