Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate must be confident, persuasive, and passionate.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and social selling.
- Identify prospective customers and convert leads into paying clients.
- Conduct client needs assessments and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of OND, HND, or B.Sc.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
- Gender: Female.
